Teenager’s Request

My daughter has asked me to buy a cable link necklace for her since this is something popular among kids her age. Like any other person who would want to go with the flow and belong to the group, I completely understand that she would want to gain acceptance from her peers. I told her that she would need to work hard for it, and would need to run a few errands for me.

My daughter knowing that I would never give her something without anything in return immediately agreed. For a few weeks I was able to get her to clean and walk the dog, clean the dishes, take out the trash and even do well for her algebra exam, which is her hatest subject. After seeing how much she was willing to work for it, I ordered what she wanted and handed her out the cable link necklace.
